2018年12月22号，特朗普因修筑墨西哥边境墙一事和美国国会大闹干戈，导致国会瘫痪，为了达到自己的目的，更是下令让政府关门来和国会抗衡，目前特朗普已经刷新了美国政府关门的历史纪录。这次FDA关门却对很多家赶在年底注册及出口的企业造成很大的麻烦，这不FDA也发来道歉申明：
由于政府关门，财务管理办公室将不会处理FY19支付。PCN(s)的发行也将推迟，直至美国联邦政府恢复正常运营状态。一旦政府关闭结束，款项和资金将很快到位。
我们对给您带来的不便表示歉意。
您仍然可以在12月31日后注册，但是注册过程会有变化。
Due to the government shutdown, the Office of Financial Management will not be processing FY19 payments. The issuance of PCN(s) will also be delayed until the US Federal Government resumes normal operating status. Once the shutdown has ended, payments and the funds will be applied shortly thereafter.

You are still able to register after December 31st, however, there will be a change in the process. Questions regarding the registration steps should be directed to the registration and listing help desk at reglist@cdrh.fda.gov.
